Question 1

What makes you a leading custom mascot manufacturer?

Accepted Answer

With over 30 years of experience as a custom mascot manufacturer, we design and build high-quality mascot costumes for sports teams, corporations, schools, and organizations of all sizes. Each mascot is handcrafted from concept to completion for durability, comfort, and strong visual impact, making us a trusted choice for professional mascot costumes, with shipping available across Canada, the USA, and worldwide.

Question 2

Do you offer free custom artwork for mascot designs?

Accepted Answer

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We match Pantone (PMS) colors and follow your brand style guide to ensure your professional mascot costume aligns precisely with your corporate identity.

Question 4

How long does it take to make a custom mascot costume?

Accepted Answer

From final design approval to delivery, our custom mascot costumes typically take 12–14 weeks to complete.

Question 5

What is your custom mascot manufacturing process?

Accepted Answer

Our process includes:

Artwork Approval – Final character renderings that serve as the blueprint

Fabric Selection – Approved fabrics and precise color matching

Construction & Updates – Building your custom mascot costume with regular progress photos

Fabrication Approval – Review of the sculpted mascot head or frame before final covering

Assembly & Finishing – Final assembly, detailing, airbrushing, and quality checks

Question 6

What sizes do your mascot costumes come in?

Accepted Answer

Mascots are typically built to fit performers between 5’5” and 5’9”. As a custom mascot manufacturer, we can also adjust the costume to fit a performer’s unique measurements. The character’s design can influence the ideal height, and we’ll provide expert guidance to ensure your mascot looks its best.

Question 7

How does the performer see out of the mascot costume?

Accepted Answer

We create hidden vision panels, often through a screened mouth, 3D printed nose, or other discreet areas, so performers can see clearly while keeping the character design seamless and safe.

Question 8

Are your mascot costumes comfortable for performers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our mascot costumes are engineered for comfort and performance with:

Mascot heads are sculpted out of a lightweight foam

Lightweight internal structures

Built-in rechargeable fans inside mascot head to exhaust heat out

Balanced weight distribution

Performer-friendly visibility

Shoes designed to accommodate the performer’s own footwear for a secure, custom fit

Optional cooling vests available for added comfort

Question 9

How long do custom mascot costumes last?

Accepted Answer

With proper care, professional mascot costumes typically last 5–10 years. High-use components such as gloves and footwear may require replacement sooner.

Question 10

How do you care for and clean your mascot costumes?

Accepted Answer

We provide care instructions tailored to your mascot. Most costumes are machine washable, turn inside out, wash on a gentle cold cycle, and hang to dry. For mascot heads and frame-style costumes, spot cleaning is recommended to keep them in top condition.

Question 11

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 1 year, manufacturing warranty excluding normal wear and tear.

Question 12

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are a global custom mascot manufacturer and ship premium mascot costumes across Canada, the USA, and worldwide.
