We provide care instructions tailored to your mascot. Most costumes are machine washable, turn inside out, wash on a gentle cold cycle, and hang to dry. For mascot heads and frame-style costumes, spot cleaning is recommended to keep them in top condition.

We offer a 1 year, manufacturing warranty excluding normal wear and tear.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion prior to shipping.
