WOW! I presented Concept Factory with a very unique ask, which was to redesign our current mascot--but not beyond being recognizable. To say they delivered on this, is an understatement! From a sketch of our mascot till the day he showed up on our doorstep, Joyce was there every step of the way. Constant communication every stitch! As an ALPB professional baseball team, our mascot is the face of our team-- and we couldn't be happier! FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION, they are your go to!
