Share your mascot idea
Tell us about your organization, audience, brand colours, performer needs and timeline. Send a logo, sketch or reference images if you have them. If you are starting with only an idea, that is perfectly fine too.

Custom artwork and approval
Our in-house illustrators turn your ideas into custom mascot artwork. We refine the character with you until the look, proportions, colours and costume details feel right. Your approved artwork becomes the blueprint for production.

Fabric and colour selection
We source fabrics, fur and finishes that suit your design and match your brand. Pantone colours, logos, clothing, and accessories are all considered before construction begins.

Patterning and sewing
Patterns are drafted for the body, clothing, gloves and footwear. Each component is cut and sewn in our studio, where our team controls the fit, finish and durability of the complete mascot costume.
Built for: performance, cleaning and repeated use.

Sculpting and construction
Our artists translate the two-dimensional design into a lightweight, wearable form. The head, body and specialty components are shaped for balance, visibility and movement.
You see: progress photos before the covering stage.

Assembly and finishing
The character comes together through careful covering, assembly and finishing. Logos and accessories are added, and professional airbrushing creates depth, expression and a polished final appearance
Final touches: detailing, airbrushing and quality checks.

Final approval and delivery
We photograph the finished mascot for your review. Once approved, we prepare the costume for travel and include its custom bag, care instructions and rechargeable exhaust fan battery before arranging shipping.
